About The Cakes
All cakes are individually designed and home-made using only the finest ingredients; where possible these are free-trade and organic. Ingredients that are always organic include free-range eggs, flour, butter and fruit preserve.
Cakes are available in a variety of flavours.
- Rich fruit cake - a minimum of 3 months notice required
- Rich chocolate cake
- Cherry and almond cake
Also available are the following which are filled with fruit preserve and / or flavoured buttercream.
- Classic sponge
- Vanilla sponge
- Orange zest sponge
- Lemon zest sponge
- Coffee and walnut sponge
All cakes have a layer of almond paste (unless requested otherwise) to provide an immaculate finish and are covered in sugarpaste. All decorations are handmade in sugar using edible glitters, tints and colours.
