The Nursery

A two tiered vanilla sponge cake filled with organic strawberry preserve and buttercream. Covered in pink and white sugarpaste it is decorated with sugar models of items typically found in a nursery or playroom. These include a teddy bear, rabbit, building blocks, train, bookcase and doll's clothes.

The Cake Designer

Based in Epsom, Surrey, I started making cakes with my Grandmother as soon as I was old enough to sit at the kitchen table. Since then I have perfected cake baking and design producing mouth watering cakes that taste as good as they look.
